Nectarine & Tomato Salad

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Cut nectarines in half and remove pits; cut each half into 6 wedges. Core and halve yellow tomatoes and red tomatoes; cut each half into 4 wedges. Arrange on a platter.

Dressing

  1. Whisk together olive oil, finely grated lemon zest, and lemon juice. Drizzle over salad.

Assembly

  1. Sprinkle with light feta cheese, fresh basil leaves, coarse sea salt, and pepper.
